Facedrive Inc. (" Facedrive ") (TSXV: FD) (OTCQX:FDVRF) would like to provide an update that its private placement (" Offering "), announced last Monday, January 18th, 2021, is now oversubscribed. With TSXV approval in hand, the Company is finalizing formalities with respect to issuance of the applicable securities and closing of the Offering. It intends to provide a further update on closing of the Offering in due course.
