Aphria Inc. Announces Results of its 2020 Annual General Meeting

Shareholders Elect All Seven Director Nominees

Aphria Inc. (" Aphria " or the " Company ") (TSX: APHA) (NASDAQ: APHA), a leading global cannabis company inspiring and empowering the worldwide community to live their very best life, today announced that all seven of the director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated September 23, 2020 were elected to serve as directors of the Company at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on November 17 2020.  The Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held virtually in an abundance of caution to protect the health and safety of Aphria's shareholders from the COVID-19 pandemic.

All of the matters put forward before shareholders for consideration and approval, as set out in the Company's Management Information Circular dated September 23, 2020, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting.
