Highvista Gold Announces Intention to Delist

Highvista Gold Inc. (TSXV: HVV.H) (the "Company") announces that it has obtained disinterested shareholder approval to voluntarily delist (the "Delisting") its common shares (the "Common Shares") from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on July 29, 2025. The Company confirms it has filed an application with the TSXV for the Delisting.

The Company has determined that the Delisting is in the best interests of both shareholders and the Company. This decision has been made in light of prolonged weak market conditions and forms part of the Company's broader strategy to preserve its business and working capital position.

Despite the Delisting, the Company will continue to be subject to ongoing disclosure and other obligations as a reporting issuer under applicable securities legislation in Canada.
