BioSyent Declares Third Quarter 2025 Dividend

BioSyent Inc. ("BioSyent", "the Company", TSX Venture: RX) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable in Canadian Dollars on September 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2025. This third quarter 2025 dividend compares with the second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.05 per common share. This dividend qualifies as an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes. The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
