Vincerx Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: VINC) today announced a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and accompanying common stock warrants to purchase shares of its common stock and, to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of common stock and accompanying common stock warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. All of the shares, pre-funded warrants and common stock warrants in the proposed offering will be offered by Vincerx. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
Leerink Partners is acting as the sole bookrunning manager for the offering.
