Volcanic Grants Incentive Stock Options

Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV:VG) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,525,000 common shares of the Company, exercisable at $0.57 per share for up to ten years. In addition, the Company has cancelled 253,570 existing stock options which were exercisable at $4.20 per share
