Peruvian Metals Issues Incentive Stock Options

 Peruvian Metals Corp. (TSXV: PER) ("Peruvian Metals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to various directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to 1,500,000 common shares of the Company on or before December 29, 2022, at an exercise price of $0.05 per share, in accordance with its stock option plan and subject to regulatory approval.
