EIA Scoping Document deems project compatible with environmental and land use requirements
Infinity Lithium (ASX:INF, FRA:3PM) strengthens its advancement plans for its San Jose Lithium project after the Spanish government finalized the EIA Scoping Document through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary Extremadura New Energies.
According to an article, the company is pushing closer toward mining license and authorization requirements after positive government permitting recommendations. The EIA Scoping Document establishes the preliminary conditions for San José to be compatible with environmental and urbanistic license requirements.
Infinity says the recent advancements in the permitting process follow positive opinion polls in the local area, the article said. This translates to the project complying fully with the Extremadura Lithium Decree Law for the ability to exploit and process lithium in the region.
