Heliostar Announces Inclusion in the GDXJ

Heliostar Metals Ltd. (TSXV: HSTR,OTC:HSTXF) (OTCQX: HSTXF) (FSE: RGG1) ("Heliostar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has been added to the VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF ("GDXJ") pursuant to the GDXJ's semi-annual review and quarterly rebalancing, which will be effective at market close on September 18, 2026.

Heliostar CEO, Charles Funk, commented, "Inclusion in the GDXJ is another significant milestone for the Company and our shareholders. Since Heliostar's inception, just over six years ago, we have grown from a $50 million market cap single asset explorer to a multi asset producer with one of the deepest development production growth pipelines in the industry. We intend to continue to grow both our production profile and our share price, with the construction of Ana Paula as our next major step. Our founding goal is to grow Heliostar to become a 500,000 ounce per year producer by the end of the decade."

About Heliostar Metals Ltd.

Heliostar is a growing gold producer with a goal to produce 500,000 ounces per year by the end of the decade. The cash flow from the Company's La Colorada Mine in Sonora and the San Agustin Mine in Durango supports the development of its 100% owned pipeline of growth projects in Mexico and the USA. These include the flagship Ana Paula development project in Guerrero, the Cerro del Gallo project in Guanajuato, the San Antonio project in Baja Sur, the Goldstrike project in Utah and the Unga project in Alaska.
