Royalties Inc., formerly Xtierra Inc., is a Canada-based company focused on royalty opportunities in various industries. The Company primarily focuses on acquiring royalties in book, trademark, mineral, music, film and battery industries. The Company has a stake in Music Royalties Inc. (MRI), a Canada-based private company that acquires passive music royalties from rightsholders, including artists, producers and songwriters, and holds a portfolio of approximately 25 cash-flowing music royalties. It owns a 100% interest and has a 1.5% net smelter royalty on the Bilbao project silver-lead-zinc-copper project, which is located in the southeastern part of the State of Zacatecas.
