PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. (" PrairieSky ") (TSX:PSK,OTC:PREKF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of CDN $0.26 per common share, payable in cash on October 15, 2025 to shareholders of record on September 29, 2025. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
