JustKitchen Launches Proprietary Software "JKOS" to Add Food Ordering Capabilities to Third Party Electronic Devices and Applications

The Company has also completed the initial testing of JKOS'
integration with the smart-enabled HAKOmini set-top box

Just Kitchen Holdings Corp. ("JustKitchen" or the "Company") (TSXV: JK) (OTC: JKHCF) ( Frankfurt : 68Z) an operator of ghost kitchens specializing in the development of delivery-only food brands, is pleased to announce that it has launched the JustKitchen Operating System (" JKOS "), which is software that integrates with third party devices and applications to add food ordering capabilities for the users of those technologies. JKOS was developed as a way to strengthen the Company's competitive advantage by increasing its number of sales channels. The software enables JustKitchen to offer its expanding portfolio of delivery-only food brands and menus to the growing number of customers who are interacting with smart technologies that are different than mobile phones and computers, such as televisions and fashion accessories, for example.

JustKitchen (TSXV: JK) (CNW Group/Just Kitchen Holdings Corp.)

"The launch of JKOS is an important strategic step for JustKitchen as it unlocks access to customers in new settings and in new ways. JKOS' integration with the HAKOmini is only our first step toward making JustKitchen's food brands and menus available to customers on a wider range of devices," said Jason Chen , Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JustKitchen. "We view both our proprietary technology stack and our suite of in-house and partner brands as core to JustKitchen's strengthening competitive advantage. By making our delivery-only food items available on more devices and apps, we are innovating in response to evolving consumer behaviours in combination with new technologies," added Mr. Chen.

Additionally, the Company has signed an agreement and completed the initial testing of JKOS' integration with the HAKOmini device, which is a set-top television box that is popular in Asia and functions on the Android TV operating system. Users of the HAKOmini will soon be able to place food orders while watching television, which will be fulfilled by the Company's nearest ghost kitchen locations for delivery to their homes. Over 20,000 HAKOmini units have been sold to date, with over 64% of owners being active daily users. According to Strategy Analytics, over half of the world's 1.1 billion televisions will be smart-enabled by 2026 1 , while Rethink predicts that Android TV will have a 25% share of the smart TV and TV-connected devices market by 2026, representing an estimated 236 million of 905 million devices 2 .

Management expects that JKOS will initially be applied to enable offline-to-online ordering, elevate third party marketplaces and add value to emerging opportunities in alternative sales channels. Once a third-party device or application is integrated with JKOS, a user's food order will be routed to the Company's nearest ghost kitchen location and delivered to the consumer. Accordingly, JKOS has the potential to accelerate the on-demand food delivery market by enabling popular application operators to create their own virtual food halls. The Company is currently working with various operators of convenience stores, shopping malls and department stores to create virtual food halls and integrate them through JKOS into their businesses to enhance their customers' experience.

Nextech3D.ai Expands Offering to Ecommerce Imagery: Unveils Cutting-Edge 3D Model-AI Photo Rendering Services, Transforming 2D Photos into Dynamic Product Visuals

New ecommerce expansion with AI 3D-Photography Tools

Nextech3D.ai (OTCQX:NEXCF)(CSE:NTAR)(FSE:EP2), a patented 2D-3D Generative AI-Powered 3D model supplier (Patent #11,948,248) for Amazon, Miele, P&G, Kohls, Wesfarmers Group ``Bunnings" (Australia's largest listed company) and other major e-commerce retailers is adding Digital Photography and dynamic product visuals as part of its 3D model offerings. Now every 3D model that Nextech3D.ai creates will have stunning 2K, 4K, or even 8K photos to go with it for its ecommerce customers. This AI tool is expected to drive significant revenue for the company as each product listed for sale on an ecommerce platform requires a minimum of six 2D photos for listing, this offering allows the company to capitalize on this demand for 2D high res images while simultaneously increases the value of its 3D modeling business as it represents the all-in-one solutions for ecommerce sellers that sell on Amazon, Shopify and other platforms. The company has already signed up 10 existing customers for its digital photography offering representing over 6000+digital photos and will be offering it both as part of a 3D model bundle as well as a stand alone product offering for people that already have a 3D model opening up the ecommerce imagery market to the company. The company's analysis shows that creating and rendering 3D models is more cost-effective than traditional product photography, especially for products that are expensive to produce or difficult to photograph in real life. Once a 3D model is created, it can be easily manipulated and rendered from different angles without the need for physical prototypes or multiple photoshoots

Sona Nanotech Provides Interim Results of Dalhousie Efficacy Study

Sona Nanotech Inc. (CSE: SONA) (OTCQB: SNANF) (the "Company" or "Sona") is pleased to announce further positive interim results from its study with The Giacomantonio Immuno-Oncology Research Group at Dalhousie University (the "Study"). The Company was provided with data from the Study that indicates the response in a pre-clinical triple negative breast cancer model treated with the combination of Sona's targeted hyperthermia therapy ("THT") and interleukin-2 ("IL-2"), a standard immunotherapy, is statistically significantly superior to results observed from treatment with either agent individually or the control group. This second phase of the Study has documented that, in a cohort of six animals, 66 of treated triple negative breast cancer, the most aggressive and therapy resistant form, mouse tumors bearing gold nanorods and IL-2 responded to the combination therapy, resulting in a flattening of the tumor growth curves, as shown in the below graph. The generation of hyperthermia involved exposing tumors previously injected intratumorally with Sona's gold nanorods and IL-2 to a single dose of near infrared light.
