(TSXV:GBU,OTC:GBRRF) ("Gabriel") announces that the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID") has notified the parties that the hearing scheduled for January 22 and 23, 2026 will be postponed to a later date due to the unavailability of one member of the ad hoc committee (the "Committee").

The Committee has expressed its regret for any inconvenience caused by this unforeseen circumstance. Gabriel will provide a further update once the revised hearing dates have been confirmed.

Gabriel is a Canadian resource company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company's principal business has been the exploration and development of the Roșia Montană gold and silver project in Romania, one of the largest undeveloped gold deposits in Europe.
