Finjan Signs Licensing Agreement with Veracode
Finjan Holdings (NASDAQ:FNJN) reported that its subsidiary Finjan, Inc. has closed a Confidential Patent License Agreement with Veracode a cloud based application security testing company. Finjan Holdings (NASDAQ:FNJN) reported that its subsidiary Finjan, Inc. has closed a Confidential Patent License Agreement with Veracode a cloud based application security testing company.
As quoted in the press release:
“We continue to focus on creating efficiencies in our licensing program, while following our best practices, and this license with Veracode is the most recent addition to the Finjan growing list of licensees,” said Phil Hartstein, President and CEO of Finjan Holdings. “With the first couple months of 2017 complete, we are confident in the short and long-term revenue growth helped by our licensing initiatives and as we approach completion of several litigation cases. We look forward to building upon our success, building new partnerships, and remain optimistic about the future of Finjan.”
