Next Graphite, Inc. (OTCQB:GPNE) has announced the appointment of a leading, and widely-respected African geologist, Mulife Siyambango, to the position of Country Manager, Namibia for Next Graphite. The agreement with Mr. Siyambango was effective on June 23th, 2014, subsequent to the approval from Next Graphite’s Board of Directors and management team.

As quoted in the press release:

Mr. Siyambango is Chief Geologist at the Centre for Geosciences Research in Windhoek, Namibia, which was the prior owner of Next Graphite’s Aukam mine property. Mr. Siyambango previously served in a variety of senior positions at Namibia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy and is a frequent lecturer at the University of Namibia’s Geology Department, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Geography. He has an MBA from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands, and a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Exeter’s Camborne School of Mines in the UK, with a specialization in geology, industrial minerals and rocks. Mr. Siyambango’s consultancy has advised dozens of public and private natural resource companies in Namibia.

Next Graphite CEO, Cliff Bream, said:

We are pleased Mulife has accepted our offer and was our top candidate to lead our project in Namibia. We will keep him very busy throughout the year as we work intently to reignite our natural flake graphite mining at prime locations on our 125,000 property and also spearhead the grade-testing of our existing, 140,000 ton stockpile of previously mined tailings.
