As quoted in the market news:

Looking ahead he added that there was a sense of pessimism in the market for the fourth quarter, “people are not so optimistic for a pick up in the fourth quarter. They are looking more at Q1 and Q2 for next year.”

He added that, while the market outlook for stainless steel mills did not look promising, “we have to be patient and will see a pickup in nickel purchasing soon.”
