(TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt:4T9B) (the "Company" or "Canada Silver Cobalt is pleased to announce that shareholders at the Annual and General Meeting held on October 31, 2023 voted in favour to change the Company's name to "Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc". Â The new name will better reflect the direction of the Company. Â The name change is subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") approval.
The name change is expected to be effective in the coming days, pursuant to filing Articles of Amendment and the acceptance of the Exchange. Â The Company will issue a further news release announcing the new CUSIP number, new trading symbol and effective date when the Company will trade under the new name and symbol.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. recently discovered a major high-grade silver vein system at Castle East located 1.5Â km from its 100%-owned, past-producing Castle Mine near Gowganda in the prolific and world-class silver-cobalt mining district of Northern Ontario.
