Benton Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options

Benton Resources Inc. (TSXV: BEX,OTC:BNTRF) (the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors has approved the grant of 2.675 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees, advisors and consultants of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options are subject to vesting provisions contained within the Company's stock option plan.
