Artemis Gold Announces Issuance of Share Units in Connection with Payment of Cash Dividend

Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) ("Artemis Gold" or the "Company") announces that, in connection with today's payment of its inaugural cash dividend, it issued 57 additional deferred share units ("DSUs") under the Company's share unit plan dated March 1, 2023 (the "Share Unit Plan") and 80.44 additional DSUs, 1,106 additional restricted share units ("RSUs") and 432 additional performance share units ("PSUs") under the Company's omnibus incentive plan dated August 5, 2026 (the "Omnibus Incentive Plan"). The additional DSUs, RSUs and PSUs are subject to the terms and conditions, including vesting and settlement, of the Share Unit Plan or the Omnibus Incentive Plan, as applicable.
