Pac Roots Cannabis Corp. (CSE: PACR) (OTCQB: PACRF) (FSE: 4XM) ("PacRoots" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that on Thursday March 18, 2021 it has commenced trading in Europe on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol "4XM". Pac Roots is also quoted on OTC Markets under the symbol "PACRF" and continues to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under the trading symbol "PACR".

In conjunction with our recently acquired OTCQB listing the new Frankfurt listing will allow us to grow our shareholder base throughout Europe and the U.S.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the world's twelfth largest stock exchange by market capitalization. It is the largest of Germany's seven stock exchanges and it is an international trading centre, which is reflected in the structure of its participants.
