Highvista Gold Announces TSXV Delisting

Highvista Gold Inc. (TSXV: HVV.H) (the "Company") announces that, further to its press release of September 5, 2025, effective at close of business on October 8, 2025, it will voluntarily delist (the "Delisting") its common shares (the "Common Shares") from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). Despite the Delisting, the Company will continue to be subject to ongoing disclosure and other obligations as a reporting issuer under applicable securities legislation in Canada.
