The Internet of Things-focused conference Connected Things 2016 will convene at noon on April 5 at the MIT Media Lab.
According to the press release:

Connected Things 2016 has assembled leading innovators and market leaders to discuss the state of IoT as it is being deployed today in healthcare, smart cities, retail, manufacturing, transportation and logistics and other industries. Critical issues such as device security and media and marketing will also be addressed.
In a recent interview, Connected Things 2016 keynote speaker David Rose, author of Enchanted Objects, MIT Media Lab Scientist and Founder of Ditto Labs said, “Almost every category of company is thinking about, ‘what does it mean to have a product connected to the Cloud? What new services or business models are possible?'”
The event’s keynotes and breakout sessions will explore real-world examples of how IoT is transforming businesses and industry. Rose will deliver the opening keynote.
