Palladium Hallmarking Rose In August

Platinum Today reported platinum and palladium hallmarking rose last month, bucking an industry-wide trend that saw a drop in the number of pieces hallmarked in August.

As quoted in the market news:

…palladium of 950 parts purity was down, hallmarking of 999 and 500 parts was up. Total palladium items hallmarked increased 7.7% from August 2011.
