Lithium Americas Corp. Files Final Prospectus for Initial Public Offering

Lithium Americas Corp. reported that the company has filed a final prospectus dated May 6, 2010 with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, other than Québec, in connection with an initial public offering of its common shares.
