JKS Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploration of mineral properties. The Company holds an option to acquire approximately 100% interest in the Sowchea Property. The Sowchea Property consists of three mineral claims covering approximately 2,280 hectares and is located five kilometers (kms) south of Stewart Lake and 16 kms southwest of Fort St James, British Columbia (BC) within the Omineca Mining Division of Central British Columbia. The Company has not generated any revenues.
