Maple Leaf has land holdings in British Columbia, Nevada, and California allowing it to be uniquely positioned in the North American market. The company has filed an application under Access to Cannabis Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) for its cultivation project in British Columbia and is currently under Active Review – Stage 5 of 7 established under the ACMPR. Maple Leaf owns a Medical Marijuana Establishment Cultivation Permit in Nevada and is in the process of constructing a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor cultivation facility in Henderson, Nevada. Maple Leaf is also in the process of constructing a 27,200 sq. ft. indoor cultivation facility in British Columbia. The company owns two 3,000 sq. ft. greenhouse facilities in California and is anticipating the construction of an additional ten greenhouses. Additionally, the company has plans to develop cannabis-derived oil products for export to global markets with medical cannabis programs in place.
