Reinstatement To Quotation

HyTerra Ltd (ASX: HYT) (HyTerra or the Company), is pleased to provide the following update on the Company’s reinstatement to ASX.

Reinstatement of Securities to Official Quotation

As per the Reinstatement to Quotation announcement released by ASX on Thursday 1 December, the suspension of trading in the securities of ASX: HYT will be lifted from the commencement of trading today.

Commenting on the milestone and HyTerra’s future, Executive Director, Avon McIntyre said:

“This is an opportune time for the development of the natural hydrogen industry and the start of an exciting growth period for HyTerra.

The energy sector is transforming and the urgency to decarbonise has created unprecedented interest, support and momentum for hydrogen. Natural hydrogen sourced directly from the earths subsurface offers a compelling proposition as an inexpensive, sustainable and naturally occurring energy source.

As pioneers in this sector, our mission is to unlock the potential of natural hydrogen. Our first mover advantage extends to owning an interest in the world’s first wildcat hydrogen exploration well located in Nebraska, USA. Over the next 6 months we will complete an extended test on this well and expand our operations in preparation for additional exploration and appraisal drilling.

We are very confident that our USA based operations are ideally located to grow our Company, with prospective geological conditions, supportive regulatory systems, low-cost operations, accessible markets and world leading political support for a hydrogen economy. All of which will enable HyTerra to accelerate its goal of becoming a major upstream producer of natural hydrogen.

With the reinstatement process complete, our highly capable team is focussed on demonstrating the potential of natural hydrogen and generating shareholder value.”
