Iconic Grants Stock Options

Iconic Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: ICM) (OTC: BVTEF) (FSE: YQGB) (the "Company" or "Iconic") announces the grant, pursuant to its 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan that was ratified and approved by shareholders on February 26, 2019 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on March 7, 2019, of stock options to certain eligible directors, officers and consultants to purchase a total of 3,000,000 common shares. The stock options are exercisable, in whole or in part, immediately at an exercise price of $0.25 per share.
