Investor Insight
Nevada Sunrise Metals is a Nevada-focused exploration company advancing gold critical metals exploration in one of the world’s leading mining jurisdictions. Anchored by the past-producing Griffon Gold Mine project and supported by AI-assisted exploration targeting, the company is pursuing new discovery opportunities within Nevada’s prolific Battle Mountain–Eureka Gold Trend.
Overview
Nevada Sunrise Metals ((TSXV:NEV,OTCP:NVSGF) is a Nevada-focused mineral exploration company advancing a portfolio of gold, copper and lithium projects across one of the world’s most established mining jurisdictions. The company’s strategy combines historical exploration data with modern geophysics, geochemistry and artificial intelligence-assisted targeting to identify and advance prospective mineral opportunities.

Nevada Sunrise’s primary focus is the Griffon Gold Mine project, a past-producing oxide gold project located within the prolific Battle Mountain–Eureka Gold Trend in White Pine County, Nevada. Griffon produced 62,661 ounces of oxide gold by heap leaching from 1998 to 1999 before operations ceased during a period of low gold prices. Historical drilling, favorable Carlin-type host stratigraphy and widespread alteration indicate exploration potential both around the historic pits and in additional target areas.
To advance exploration at Griffon, Nevada Sunrise engaged VRIFY to apply DORA AI predictive modeling to the project’s extensive historical database. The company has integrated data from 214 historical drill holes totaling 62,768 feet together with modern IP/resistivity, AMT, magnetic and geochemical surveys completed during 2025. These datasets are expected to support refined drill targeting ahead of a planned 2026 drilling program.

Griffon Gold Mine Project, 2025 Ionic Leach Soil Survey Result
In addition to Griffon, Nevada Sunrise also maintains copper and lithium exploration exposure through the Coronado, Gemini West, Jackson Wash and Badlands projects in Nevada. Supported by an experienced management and technical team with backgrounds spanning gold, uranium and lithium exploration, the Company is positioned to continue advancing exploration opportunities across its Nevada project portfolio.

Key Project
Griffon Gold Mine Project

The Griffon Gold Mine project is Nevada Sunrise’s flagship gold asset and consists of 89 unpatented mineral claims totaling approximately 1,780 acres in White Pine County, Nevada. Located approximately 50 kilometres southwest of Ely, the project lies within the southern extension of the Battle Mountain–Eureka Gold Trend, one of Nevada’s most productive precious metals belts. Nevada Sunrise holds an option to purchase a 100 percent interest in the project.
Gold was mined at Griffon from 1998 to 1999 by Alta Gold, producing 62,661 ounces of oxide gold through heap leaching before the mine closed prematurely during a period of low gold prices. Historical exploration included 214 drill holes totaling 62,768 feet that delineated the Discovery Ridge and Hammer Ridge deposits. In 2020, drilling completed by Fremont Gold returned 1.05 grams per tonne gold over 50.2 metres, including 1.57 grams per tonne gold over 7.5 metres.

Initial Results of DORA AI Modeling
The project hosts geological characteristics associated with Carlin-type gold systems, including favorable Pilot Shale, Chainman Shale and Joana Limestone host formations. Historical drilling and geochemical sampling identified widespread jasperoid alteration and associated pathfinder elements including arsenic, mercury and thallium, supporting the potential for additional mineralized zones.
Nevada Sunrise engaged VRIFY in 2025 to apply DORA AI predictive modeling to the Griffon database and identify new target zones outside the historic pits. Follow-up exploration completed during 2025 included IP/resistivity surveys, AMT surveys, ground magnetic surveys and Ionic Leach soil sampling across newly identified targets and the unmined Anvil Zone.
These programs are expected to support refined drill targeting ahead of a planned 2026 drilling campaign, subject to permitting and approvals.
