Gem Diamonds Recovers Two Diamonds Over 160 Carats from Letšeng

Gem Diamonds Ltd. (LSE:GEMD) announced that at the end of January, it recovered a 162.06-carat, type II diamond and a 161.74-carat, type I diamond from its Botswana-based Letšeng mine.

Gem Diamonds Ltd. (LSE:GEMD) announced that at the end of January, it recovered a 162.06-carat, type II diamond and a 161.74-carat, type I diamond from its Botswana-based Letšeng mine.

As quoted in the press release:

Both diamonds were recovered in largely undamaged condition, providing further confirmation that the measures which have been implemented to reduce diamond damage at Letšeng are bearing fruit.
