    Reuters reports that Total (EPA:FP) and Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) intends to cooperate to assess the potential for shale gas in the Lublin Basin of southeastern Poland.

    Reuters reports that Total (EPA:FP) and Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) intends to cooperate to assess the potential for shale gas in the Lublin Basin of southeastern Poland.

    The press release is quoted as saying:

    Exxon will have 51 percent of the partnership, with Total having a 49 percent interest.
