Yankee Hat Minerals announces that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on December 21, 2010, shareholders re-elected P. Bradley Kitchen, Terence Schorn and Jason Scharfe to the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. Motions approving the reappointment of BDO Dunwoody LLP as auditors, adoption a new Incentive Stock Option Plan and the alteration of Yankee Hat’s articles of incorporation were also passed by the Company’s shareholders.
