American Vanadium Corp. (CVE:AVC) reports that it has entered into an arm’s length agreement with Vanadium International Corp. to purchase certain mining claims located in Eureka County, Nevada.
The press release is quoted as saying:
As part of the purchase price, the Company will issue 25,000 common shares of the Company to Vanadium International Corp., subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
