Formation Metals Inc. (TSX:FCO) announced the re-election of Mari-Ann Green and Scott Bending at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders. Other resolutions considered and passed at the meeting were the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the auditor, authorization of a majority voting policy and advance notice policy, and the approval of the alteration to Formation’s articles to provide for annual elections of directors and the re-confirmation of the shareholder rights plan.

Ms. Green is currently also Formation’s Chairman and CEO and Mr. Bending is the President.The other resolutions considered at the meeting, being the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the auditor of Formation, the authorization of a majority voting policy and advance notice policy for Formation, the approval of the alteration to Formation’s articles to provide for annual elections of directors and the re-confirmation of the shareholder rights plan, were passed in accordance with the recommendations of management.
