Announces Expanded Drill Plan
Metal Bank Limited (MBK) offers a compelling investment opportunity driven by its copper-focused growth strategy, targeting high-demand projects across the Middle Eastern region.
Metal Bank (ASX:MBK) is a growth-focused explorer engaged in copper and gold exploration and development across Australia, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
The company’s near-term focus is on optimizing and divesting the Livingstone gold project to generate capital for expanding its copper projects in the Middle East. Metal Bank's strong regional presence, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, is underpinned by deep industry relationships and extensive operating experience.
In the near term, MBK is executing its Middle East and North African (MENA) strategy focused on Saudi Arabia and Jordan. The strategy includes securing copper and other critical minerals projects in Saudi Arabia, through its joint venture company, Consolidated Mining Company (CMC). CMC is 60 percent owned by MBK and 40 percent by Central Mining Holding Company. Its first project, Wadi Al Junah, has been awarded exploration licences in November 2024. MBK has also identified several new areas of interest and exploration licence applications have already been submitted. MBK is also in discussions with third parties holding exploration licences for potential cooperation/joint ventures.
In Jordan, key agreements have been secured for copper exploration within historic mining areas. The three copper project areas granted in Jordan are Malaqa, Area 47 and Area 65. Two of these projects are in areas with historic mining activities, while the third is highly prospective for large-scale copper under cover.
The leadership team brings a proven track record of exploration success and project execution, positioning the company for long-term value creation in the critical minerals market.
Multiple prospects at Livingstone gold project
The Livingstone gold project is an advanced gold exploration project located 140 km northwest of Meekatharra in Western Australia. The project spans 395 sq km within the Bryah-Padbury Basin. The project hosts a JORC 2012 resource of 40,300 oz gold (Homestead) and 30,500 oz gold (Kingsley). Exploration efforts include geophysical mapping, RC drilling, and over 40 km of strike target assessments. The company is updating resource models and conducting pit optimization. Strong corporate interest has led to discussions to expedite divestment, with proceeds to fund MENA operations.
The project has multiple advanced gold targets, inadequately tested to date, including Hilltop, Stanley, Winja, Winja West, VHF and Kirba, Additionally, independent experts have identified more than 10 regional greenfields targets with 40km prospective strike length.
A 427 sq km VMS copper-zinc-gold-silver project, Wadi Al Junah is a joint venture through Consolidated Mining Company (CMC, MBK 60 percent). Exploration activities include regional geochemical surveys, surface mapping, and shear-zone anomaly identification. Phase 1 drilling is planned for Q2 2025.
The Wadi Al Junah project is 35 km east of the Al Hajar gold-silver (copper-zinc) deposit that was previously mined by Saudi’s state-owned mining company, Ma’aden, and is close to the major regional centre and airport of Bisha. The project has received very limited rock chip sampling as part of regional scale mapping work in the 1960s and 1970s. with results of up to 1.53 percent copper, 0.44 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 160 g/t silver. MBK aims to define drill targets in preparation for initial drill programs.
Metal Bank is leveraging its extensive history in Saudi Arabia, and pursuing additional tenement applications and joint venture partnerships. The country has enacted a new mining code in 2021, establishing mining-friendly regulations and a system of refunding exploration expenditure for approved projects.
This three-project portfolio is aimed at large-scale copper exploration. The Malaqa project has shown copper mineralization over an 800-meter strike through chip and channel sampling. Area 47 features a 4 sq km geochemical anomaly indicative of porphyry-style mineralization, while Area 65 is a bulk-tonnage copper-oxide target. Metal Bank is planning a drilling campaign during 2025 and also assessing local joint venture opportunities to progress these three projects.
Rock sample from the Millennium project
This cobalt-copper-gold project holds a JORC 2012 Inferred Resource of 8.4 Mt at 0.09 percent cobalt, 0.29 percent copper, and 0.12 g/t gold. Recent reanalysis of historic cores revealed high-grade graphite intersections (e.g. 56 m at 18.29 percent graphite). Located on granted mining leases, the project offers polymetallic potential. Metal Bank is planning further metallurgical testing and drilling to expand both the copper and graphite resource base.

Vancouver, British Columbia TheNewswire - September 29th, 2025 Prismo Metals Inc. (the " Company ") (CSE: PRIZ,OTC:PMOMF) (OTCQB: PMOMF) is pleased to report that it has received final assay results including overlimits for the first batch of twenty-three samples taken at the Silver King project located in Arizona. The new assays include 619 gt Ag and 511 gt Ag for two samples taken at the Silver King shaft area, as well as 757 gt Ag, 1.5% Cu, 6.7% Pb, and 11.5% Zn for the recently encountered polymetallic vein. Preliminary assay data was described in a news release dated September 24, 2025.
"The overlimit assays for silver highlight the high-grade nature of both the mineralization around the Silver King mine and the recently encountered polymetallic vein. The results confirm the significance of the recently discovered polymetallic vein as a new exploration target at the Silver King project," said Dr. Craig Gibson, Chief Exploration Officer. "Overlimit copper assays ranging from 1.11% to 2.43% copper for three samples from the replacement mineralization area provides encouraging data for this style of mineralization. The replacement mineralization occurs along strike with the stratigraphic horizon at the nearby Magma mine and occurs as a large body on the Black Diamond claim."

Drill Program Update
Prior to the discovery of the mineralized veins and porphyry related style mineralization announced recently, Prismo had planned a drill program at the historic Silver King mine for about 1,000 meters. That drill plan was designed to test the upper half of the steeply dipping pipelike Silver King mineralized body as well as potential mineralization adjacent to the dense stockwork that was the focus of historic mining.
Following the recent discoveries, Prismo is planning to add second phase of drilling for an additional 1,000 meters. This additional program will focus on the newly identified targets outside of the historic mining area, such as the polymetallic vein and the copper vein mentioned above. Drilling of a large body of replacement mineralization on the patented Black Diamond claim is also being planned and is road accessible on private ground.
Figure 3 . Cross section through the Silver King mine workings showing proposed drill holes (in black) to test the pipelike mineralized body (in red)
Figure 4. Planned drill pads for the Silver King project.
"Much of the focus of the exploration program to date has consisted of a property-wide survey of historic mines and prospects surrounding the direct Silver King workings," said Gordon Aldcorn, President of Prismo. " This work has expanded our geological thinking and resulted in the recognition of several new types of mineralization at the project, providing additional targets for exploration. Prismo has already submitted a plan of operations for the drill program with Forest Services. Some of the drilling sites considered for the new targets will be subject to further permitting applications."

About the Silver King
Discovered in 1875, the Silver King mine was one of Arizona ' s most important historic producers, yielding nearly 6 million ounces of silver at grades of up to 61 oz/t. The Silver King mine sits only 3 km from the main shaft of the Resolution Copper project — a joint venture between Rio Tinto and BHP and one of the world ' s largest unmined copper deposits with an estimated copper resource of 1.787 billion metric tonnes at an average grade of 1.5% copper (1) . The unique land position is fully surrounded by Resolution Copper ' s claim block, offering strategic upside. Selected samples from small-scale production in the late 1990s returned grades as high as 644 oz/t silver (18,250 g/t) and 0.53 oz/t gold (15 g/t), indicating that high-grade mineralization remains.

Bold Ventures Inc. (TSXV: BOL,OTC:BVLDF) (the "Company" or "Bold") is pleased to provide an update of activities at its Burchell Gold Copper project, 100 km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario, and Koper Lake in the Ring of Fire, Ontario.
Burchell Gold Copper Project
Mechanical stripping at the 111 Gold Zone and at 7 additional target areas on the Burchell Property has progressed and is expected to be completed in the next two to three days. Washing and sampling of the exposed locations has begun.
A ground Very Low Frequency (VLF) electromagnetic survey has been completed in the Northwest claim area and across the area of the 111 Zone. The data is currently being processed and interpreted. The aim of these two geophysical surveys is to aid in delineating drill targets for Bold's first phase of drilling in these prospective areas.
The Northwest Claim Area
This area represents the northeastern strike extension of the Moss Trend on the adjacent Moss Gold Property of Gold X2 Mining (formerly Goldshore Resources). A 2024-2025 MMITM survey across this area identified clusters of gold, copper and molybdenum anomalies (see Bold's July 21, 2025 news release). Approximately 13 line km of ground VLF (Very Low Frequency) geophysics were surveyed during the summer, which in conjunction with the soil anomalies will aid in generating drill targets. Data is currently being processed and interpreted.
The 111 Zone
The 111 Gold Zone was identified late in 2024, with one December grab sample returning 68 g/t Au (see Bold's January 9, 2025 news release). Gold mineralization occurs within the sheared contact zone between felsic and mafic metavolcanics. Limited hand-stripping and channel sampling during the summer identified an anomalous gold zone 4.5 to 6.5 meters plus wide, with one channel sample returning 2.1 g/t Au over 0.5 meters (see Bold's September 11, 2025 news release). The zone has now been stripped by excavator and washed, with channel sampling to commence shortly. 7 additional target areas near the mafic-felsic contact zone, where gold anomalies have been identified in rock and soil samples, are in the process of being exposed by mechanical stripping, to be completed in 2-3 days.
Ring of Fire News
Bold Ventures' Koper Lake Project is centrally located within the Ring of Fire discovery area. A recent article in Northern Ontario Business may be viewed at:
RoF Northern Ontario Business September 19 2025
Bold Management is pleased to see the engagement effort put forth by the Provincial Government led by Premier Doug Ford and Minister Greg Rickford. Bold CEO David Graham commented that "Seeing Premier Ford and Minister Rickford personally involved is very encouraging. It signals the importance of this development that is situated in a very rich geological environment hosting critical minerals. Since our discoveries in 2007, while working with Noront Resources and my initial engagement with the local First Nations, we have seen an ongoing effort by First Nations leaders, Government and Industry to provide information surrounding the mining cycle, infrastructure development and environmental studies. Our hope is that the effort will result in multiple positive effects for the region including: economic development, improved access, education and a higher standard of living. We believe this is possible while respecting the culture and values of the affected Communities."
Koper Lake Project in the Ring of Fire
The Black Horse is part of the Koper Lake Project where KWG is the Operator of the chromite exploration effort.
Bold owns a 10% carried interest (through to production) in the Black Horse Chromite NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 85.9 Mt grading 34.5% Cr2O3 at a cut-off of 20% Cr2O3 (KWG Resources Inc., NI 43-101 Technical Report, Aubut 2015). Bold also owns a 40% working interest in all other metals found within the Koper Lake claims and has a Right of First Refusal on a 1% NSR covering all metals found within the claim group.
The Black Horse is contiguous with the Blackbird Chromite deposits owned by Ring of Fire Metals (formerly Noront Resources Inc.). The Koper Lake claims are located approximately 300 m from their Eagle's Nest Ni-Cu Massive Sulphide Deposit that is in the permit acquisition stage. Chromite, nickel and copper are critical minerals that will play an important role in the electrification plans of Ontario and North America. The Company is encouraged by these ongoing developments in this emerging critical mineral mining camp.
