Overview
Transition Metals (TSXV:XTM) is a Canadian multi-commodity exploration company focused on the discovery of critical and precious metals within Canada’s premier mining jurisdictions. The company has assembled a diversified portfolio of more than 23 exploration projects and royalties spanning platinum group elements, gold, nickel, copper, silver, cobalt, uranium, tungsten and vanadium.

The company operates a disciplined project generator business model, advancing early-stage exploration projects through geoscience before bringing in strategic partners to fund drilling and development. This approach enables Transition Metals to recycle capital into new exploration opportunities while retaining royalties, milestone payments and equity interests, helping preserve capital and reduce shareholder dilution.
Transition Metals continues to strengthen and optimize its portfolio through acquisitions, strategic partnerships and project transactions. Recent initiatives include expanding the Gowganda Gold project, acquiring the Empire Lake vanadium project and optioning the Maude Lake nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE project while retaining future royalty and milestone interests, consistent with its project generator strategy.
The company is supported by a strong financial position, reporting $9.8 million in cash and securities, including $7.2 million in marketable securities, as of January 1, 2026. Led by an experienced technical team with multiple industry discovery awards, Transition Metals is advancing a diversified pipeline of exploration opportunities across Canada’s stable mining jurisdictions while maintaining exposure to both critical and precious metals

Key Projects
Saturday Night / Sunday Lake (Ontario)

The Saturday Night and Sunday Lake projects are Transition Metals’ flagship platinum group element (PGE)-nickel-copper assets located north of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The projects are associated with early Midcontinent Rift-related mafic-ultramafic intrusions comparable in age to the Eagle mine in Michigan, the Tamarack project in Minnesota and the Thunder Bay North deposit in Ontario, highlighting their potential for significant PGE-Ni-Cu mineralization.
Sunday Lake hosts one of the largest known early Midcontinent Rift intrusions in the Thunder Bay region and has been explored through 43 drill holes totaling 34,157 metres.
Gowganda Gold (Ontario)

The Gowganda Gold project is a district-scale gold exploration property located within the historic Gowganda silver camp in northeastern Ontario. In 2026, Transition Metals expanded the project to approximately 65 square kilometres, providing near-continuous coverage along approximately 15 kilometres of the Ridout-Tyrell Deformation Zone between the Gowganda silver camp and the Shining Tree gold camp.
Pike Warden (Yukon)
Pike Warden is a 41 square kilometre polymetallic exploration project situated along the northern margin of the Bennett Lake Caldera near the Yukon-British Columbia border. Transition Metals holds the option to earn a 100 percent interest in the property, which hosts both high-sulphidation epithermal gold-silver and porphyry copper-molybdenum systems.
Empire Lake (Ontario)
Empire Lake is a 100 percent-owned magmatic vanadium-titanium project in northwestern Ontario that was added to Transition Metals’ portfolio in 2026. The company staked more than 2,000 hectares covering the entire Empire Lake intrusion, expanding its exposure to critical minerals.
Maude Lake (Ontario)
Maude Lake is a high-tenor nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE magmatic sulphide project located approximately 10 kilometres north of Schreiber, Ontario. In 2026, Transition Metals optioned the project to Springbok Ventures under its project generator model while retaining milestone payments and royalty interests tied to future project advancement.
Dessert Lake (Northwest Territories)
Dessert Lake is a district-scale uranium exploration opportunity within an underexplored basin that shares geological similarities with Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. Transition Metals holds the exclusive right to stake claims across the area and is seeking a partner to advance exploration.
Jolly Gold (Ontario)
Jolly Gold is a 100 percent-owned land package covering the western extension of the Beardmore-Geraldton greenstone belt in Ontario.
The property hosts multiple undrilled occurrences of high-grade gold mineralization where major structural corridors intersect favourable stratigraphy, representing a camp-scale exploration opportunity.
Cryderman (Ontario)
Cryderman is a gold project located within the Shining Tree West camp along the Ridout Deformation Zone, approximately 55 kilometres east of the Côté Gold project and 16 kilometres west of the Juby Gold project.
The project hosts a gold-bearing quartz-carbonate vein system extending approximately 500 metres along strike. Channel sampling returned 9.15 g/t gold over 1.07 metres, including higher-grade sub-intervals.
Homathko (British Columbia)
Homathko is a high-grade, drill-ready gold prospect exposed by receding glaciers in British Columbia. The project hosts an interpreted lode gold system extending approximately 1.5 kilometres along strike. Grab samples have returned values of up to 87 g/t gold.
Island Copper (Ontario)
Island Copper is an iron oxide copper-gold (IOCG) exploration project located north of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The property hosts two mineralized showings along Highway 556, with recent sampling and historical drilling returning copper values of up to 9 percent.
Wollaston Copper (Saskatchewan)
Wollaston Copper is a more than 30 square kilometre sediment-hosted base metal property in north-central Saskatchewan, south of the Athabasca Basin. Historic drilling intersected 10.82 metres grading 0.25 percent copper and 7.4 metres grading 0.49 percent copper, while a separate zinc occurrence returned 17.0 metres grading 2.52 percent zinc and 4.0 metres grading 7.18 percent zinc.
Pipestone (Ontario)
Pipestone is a 33 square kilometre gold project located approximately 25 kilometres north of Timmins in Ontario’s Porcupine camp. The property covers approximately 13 kilometres of the interpreted extension of the Pipestone structure and is subject to a participating joint venture with Gowest Gold, including provisions allowing dilution to a 2 percent net smelter return (NSR) royalty with a 1 percent buyback for $1 million.
Bancroft (Ontario)
Bancroft is a nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE exploration project in southern Ontario comprising 2,789 hectares of mining claims. The project has benefited from approximately $5 million in historical exploration expenditures and includes drill intersections of 5.05 metres averaging 1.98 g/t PGM and 60 metres averaging 1.34 g/t PGM. Located less than a two-hour drive from Toronto, Bancroft provides additional exposure to critical minerals within Transition Metals’ diversified Canadian portfolio.
