Magnum Hunter Agrees to Acquire North Dakota Williston Basin Properties

Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation (NYSE:MHR) enters into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with a privately-held company to acquire 191 wells in four counties of the Williston Basin of North Dakota.
