Independence Energy Acquires Interest in MontCrest Energy Drilling Program

Independence Energy Corp. (OTCBB:IDNG) has completed acquisition of an additional 2% interest in the MontCrest Energy Drilling Program #3 in Coleman County, Texas.

As quoted in the press release:

The successful completion of the transaction has raised the Company’s ownership of the active exploration project to 7% from the previous 5% level, a 40% overall increase.
