Enbridge plans pipeline outage

Calgary Herald reports that Enbridge Inc. will be starting a five-day outage on its Line 6B heavy oil pipeline to refiners in the U.S. Midwest and to Sarnia, Ontario.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Enbridge has been under an accelerated inspection and repair schedule mandated by U.S. regulators after the spill in Marshall, Mich., and a subsequent Line 6A spill in Romeoville, Ill.
