The Yerington Bill Introduced Into the United States Senate

Senator Dean Heller of Nevada has introduced “The Yerington Land Conveyance and Sustainable Development Act” (the “Yerington Bill”) into the United States Senate. This legislation directs the sale of Federal Lands located near Yerington, Nevada, administered by Bureau of Land Management, to the City of Yerington. These Federal Lands surround and encompass private patented and unpatented claims that are held by Nevada Copper (TSX:NCU).
