American Consolidated Minerals Corp. (TSXV:AJC) announced that it will be making an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry of certain outstanding warrants from the current expiry date of October 1, 2011 to October 1, 2012.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company currently has 14,000,000 warrants outstanding due to expire on October 1, 2011, all exercisable at $0.10 per share. The Company will be requesting approval from the Exchange to extend the expiry date of these outstanding warrants by one year.
