Investor Insight
Angkor Resources offers a first-mover position in Cambodia’s onshore oil and gas sector through its 75 percent interest in Block VIII, where seismic is complete, hydrocarbons are confirmed, and drilling is advancing through EnerCam. This is complemented by a copper-gold portfolio with defined mineralization and multiple drill targets, creating near-term catalysts across energy and metals.
Company Highlights
- 75 percent Interest in Block VIII: Increased ownership from 20 percent to 75 percent in a 4,095 sq km onshore oil and gas concession.
- Cambodia’s First Onshore Oil & Gas License: 30+ year production sharing contract covering exploration, development, and production.
- EnerCam Energy Platform: Oil and gas activities conducted through EnerCam Resources, which holds and advances the Block VIII license.
- Confirmed Hydrocarbon System: Over 21 oil seeps identified, sampled, and tested as crude, with gas showings evident.
- Seismic Completed, Drill Targets Defined: 350 line-km of 2D seismic completed with interpretation identifying multiple drill targets.

- Multi-Prospect Gold & Copper Targets – Andong Meas: Epithermal gold and copper-gold porphyry targets across five prospects.
- Strong Insider Ownership: 205 million shares outstanding with over 40 percent held by insiders.
Overview
Angkor Resources (TSXV:ANK) is a Canadian-listed company advancing oil, gas, copper, and gold projects in Cambodia, where it has operated for over 15 years with established government and community relationships.

The company’s primary focus is Block VIII, Cambodia’s first onshore oil and gas license, held 100 percent by EnerCam Resources, Angkor's subsidiary. The project is governed by a 30+ year production sharing contract and is being advanced through its EnerCam subsidiary, which manages the energy portfolio and exploration programs.
Key technical milestones have been completed, including 350 line-kilometers of seismic acquisition and interpretation, along with the identification and testing of over 21 oil seeps confirming hydrocarbons. Environmental Impact Assessment work is progressing across drill targets, supporting the progression toward exploration drilling.
In parallel, Angkor holds a copper-gold portfolio with defined mineralization. Andong Bor hosts a confirmed porphyry system with significant drill intercepts, while Andong Meas includes multiple gold and copper targets across five prospects, providing additional exploration catalysts.
Flagship Project: Block VIII – Onshore Oil & Gas (Cambodia)

Block VIII is a 4,095 sq km onshore concession held through EnerCam Resources Cambodia under a 30+ year production sharing agreement covering exploration, development, and production.
EnerCam has completed 350 line-kilometers of 2D seismic, with interpretation identifying multiple drill targets across the concession. These include large anticline structures with four-way closure, each ranging approximately 40 to 100 sq km.

Fieldwork has confirmed an active petroleum system, with over 21 oil seeps identified, sampled, and tested as crude, and gas showings observed across the block.
Environmental Impact Assessment work is advancing across target areas as a key step toward drilling. The project targets tens to hundreds of millions of recoverable barrels, with initial drilling designed to test multiple pay zones across defined exploratory wells.
Copper-Gold Portfolio (Cambodia)

Andong Bor (Copper-Gold Porphyry)
About 100.28 sq km license with a confirmed porphyry system. Drilling at Thmei North intersected 286 meters of mineralization at 0.53 percent CuEq, with additional targets and planned drilling.
Andong Meas (Gold & Copper Targets)
Hosts epithermal gold anomalies and copper-gold porphyry targets across five prospects. Surface exploration and geophysics, including IP, have identified multiple targets, with drilling planned.
