AI Usage & Disclosure Policy
At the Investing News Network® (INN), we believe in the power of original, human-led journalism. While artificial intelligence (AI) is a valuable tool for modern writing, you deserve to know exactly how your news is produced. That is why we commit to absolute transparency: if AI is used to draft, rewrite, or phrase any part of a published story — including its headlines — we will clearly disclose it to you.
You won’t see a disclosure for behind-the-scenes research. Like many newsrooms, we occasionally use AI as an administrative assistant to help brainstorm ideas, organize rough notes or summarize long documents. However, we draw a strict line: if the AI's direct output does not make it into the final article, we treat it purely as a back-end research tool.
Most importantly, we never let AI run on autopilot. Every word we publish is scrutinized, edited and approved by a human editor. Because AI models can fabricate facts or mimic existing sources, our journalists remain 100 percent accountable for the accuracy and originality of our content. We also keep all confidential reporting and source data strictly out of public AI systems, ensuring our commitment to trust and privacy remains absolute.
