Entourage Metals (TSXV:EMT) announced that surface exploration has commenced at the Benton gold property.

As quoted in the press release:

The 2011 program consists of reconnaissance level Gravimetric and Soil Gas Hydrocarbon (SGH) Surveysto identify areas meriting more detailed exploration.

The SGH program will collect over 5,000 soil samples for analysis. The applicability of this method is useful in terrains where thick overburden occurs and where conventional soil geochemistry is ineffectual.
