Updates on CuOro Resources’ San Lucas Gold Belt in Colombia
CuOro Resources Corp. (TSXV:CUA,FWB:6BC) reported that reconnaissance exploration fieldwork continues at the 3,976 hectare San Lucas Gold Belt of Bolivar Department, Colombia, South America, to identify and define drill targets, with a total of 40 mineralized veins inside historical artisanal mine adits identified and sampled. An average grade of 9.8 g/t Au was encountered over 10 mineralized veins sampled in five different locations where the true width of veins varies from 0.1 meters to 1.2 meters: Cerro Talide, Cerro Jerez, Chunga, Cerro Nuvia, and Saballanes.

A total of 40 mineralized veins inside historical artisanal mine adits have been identified and sampled. An average grade of 9.8 g/t Au was encountered over 10 mineralized veins sampled in five different locations where the true width of veins varies from 0.1 meters to 1.2 meters: Cerro Talide, Cerro Jerez, Chunga, Cerro Nuvia, and Saballanes. Highlights from these samples include:
- 31.6 g/t Au from Cerro Talide,
- 20.4 g/t Au from Cerro Jerez,
- 10.2 g/t Au from Saballanes.
