Alamos Mining Makes Another Move in Competition with Hecla Mining for Aurizon

Mining Weekly reported that Alamos Mining has extended its tender offer deadline for Aurizon shares in its latest move to compete with Hecla Mining to acquire Aurizon.

As quoted in the market report:

Aurizon in January rejected an unsolicited takeover offer from Alamos, its largest single shareholder with a more than 16% stake, for about C$780-million.
