US Gold Production Down in Q1 2014

As quoted in the market news:

Once again, the state of Nevada led U.S. gold production with 39,000 kg (1,253,879 oz) of production during the first quarter of this year and 13,000 kg (417,959 oz) of output in March 2014, down from 13,700 kg (440,465 oz) in March 2013.

Alaska reported 7,790 kg (250,454 oz) of gold output in the first quarter of the year, while all other states reported a combined 7,040 kg (226,341 oz) of gold.
