Tombstone Exploration Corp Announces Resignation of Board Member

Tombstone Exploration Corporation (PINK:TMBXF), an exploration company which mines various mineralization including tellurium, has recently announced the resignation of one of its Board members, Laird Cagan, citing personal reasons.

As quoted in the press release:

Alan Brown, President of Tombstone, stated, “Laird has been a valued member of our Board and we will miss his contribution to our company. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors. We will be adding new members to our Board and will announce our exploration plans for 2013 soon.”
