Stornoway Diamond Announces AGM Results

Stornoway Diamond Corporation (TSX:SWY) announced voting results from its annual general meeting held on October 21. The company appointed Mr. Ebe Sherkus as chairman of the board.

As quoted in the press release:

Each of the director nominees proposed by management for election was elected to the Board of Directors, without a vote by ballot being conducted.
In addition, the Corporation is pleased to report the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor for the ensuing year.
