Eyecarrot Innovations Corp (TSXV:EYC) has arranged a non-brokered private placement of $1.2-million on a best-effort basis, through the sale of eight million units at a price of 15 cents per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable into one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of 25 cents.
Eyecarrot Innovations Corp (TSXV:EYC) has arranged a non-brokered private placement of $1.2-million on a best-effort basis, through the sale of eight million units at a price of 15 cents per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable into one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of 25 cents. The proceeds will be used for the furtherance of the company’s business plan.
